Copacetic Business Solutions is an HR consultancy firm which supports their clients by providing tips for human resource management, specialist employment law advice and tribunal representation.

Copacetic means 'in excellent order' and the aim at Copacetic Business Solutions is to make HR admin simple for our clients by ensuring their documents and policies & procedures reflect best practices and are compliant with current legislation.

Director, Dylan Loughlin, previously worked as an employment law consultant before founding Copacetic Business Solutions in November 2018. The business operates from its headquarters at Crumlin Road Gaol Belfast and the small but highly dedicated team offer bespoke HR and Employment Law consultancy services.

The team’s hard work has been recognised as the company was shortlisted for HR Consultancy of the Year at CIPD HR Awards 2021 and Personnel Today UK Awards 2021. Dylan Loughlin was also named runner up for HR Manager of the Year 2021 at the HR Leadership & Management Awards Ireland.

Copacetic Business Solutions continues to grow, taking on larger clients and representing cases in Belfast, Dublin, England and Wales, and has recently added Health and Safety services to their resume.
