E-Learning Co-ordinator


Copacetic Business Solutions is seeking to hire an E-Learning Co-ordinator to help with the digital transformation of our services. The successful applicant will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee the construction & delivery of a new E-Learning Platform which will provide training for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with and learn from a highly successful team and make a demonstrable impact. The E-Learning Co-ordinator will be supported by various other teams but the ability to work independently and trouble shoot will be essential for the successful applicant.


Job location: Belfast Centre (with flexible working possible /working from home)


Salary: 16/17yrs £4.62, 18/20yrs £6.56, 21/22yrs £8.36, 23/24yrs £8.91.


Hours: 25


Worktime: Monday-Friday 10am-3pm.


Closing date: 13/09/2021

Job Duties:

  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities or program effectiveness.

  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve skills.

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.

  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.

  • Organise, develop and obtain training manuals and guides.

  • Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors.

  • Work with consultants to create content for e-learning platform and LMS.

  • Select and assign instructors to conduct training.


Qualifications / Experience:


Essential: Experience with online LMS and e-learning. Educated to A-level or above (GCSE English, Maths and ICT). Experience communicating with different audiences. Good understanding of digital media capture, editing and publishing. Desirable: Third level education in teaching and/or HR. Knowledge of Adobe suite and other video management software. Microsoft Office experience.

Copacetic Business Solutions is seeking to hire a marketing trainee to help promote our services through traditional and digital methods. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy team, with regular opportunities for travel around NI and opportunities to network with business leaders from some of the most successfully SME’s in Northern Ireland. The trainee will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced marketing professional, but the ability to work independently and generate fresh ideas will be integral for the successful applicant.

  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.

  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.

  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns and social media content.

Qualifications / Experience:


Essential:

Willing to learn and develop skills on all social media platforms. Educated to A-level or above (GCSE English, Maths and ICT). Experience communicating with different audiences. Good understanding of digital media capture, editing and publishing. Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms. Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. Desirable: Third level education in Marketing. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite and Canvas LMS. Microsoft office experience.
