We are pleased to announce our founder and Principal Consultant, Dylan Loughlin, was crowned runner up for HR Manager of the Year 2021.
On being the only finalist from Northern Ireland, Dylan Loughlin commented:

The HR Leadership & Management Awards, launched in 2015, have established themselves as the benchmark for excellence in HR in Ireland. The awards were held on Thursday 18th November at the Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin and were attended physically and virtually by hundreds of leading figures in Human Resources throughout Ireland.
About Dylan Loughlin
Dylan Loughlin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish before finding his passion for HR. He then went on to complete a Masters in HR and a Masters in Employment Law.
Mr. Loughlin founded Copacetic Business Solutions in November 2017 and the company has built a vast client base operating in a wide range of sectors. The company is based in Crumlin Road Gaol Belfast and the small but determined team provides services such as guidance to management, health and safety audits, training and development, tribunal representation, updating policies and much more.
